Common questions

How do I watch a replay someone sent me?

Tap the link on a phone or tablet with Big Bang installed: the game opens and plays it. Or, in the game, open Settings, then Your Replays, then Enter Code, and type the 6-digit code (you can paste the whole link there too).

The link opened in my browser instead of the game

Tap Watch in Big Bang on that page. If the game still doesn't open, type the code under Enter Code as above. Links can open in the browser when they are opened from inside some apps, or when the game was installed only moments ago.

How do I share a replay?

On the results screen, tap Share… then Replay Link; or open Your Replays and tap Share on a run. You get a link, a QR code to scan with another phone, and buttons to send it.

Where does my shared battle show up?

Everywhere its link goes, in the game's public lists (New, Top and Fastest), and in the feed: sharing a replay also makes a 15-second vertical clip of its ending. Keep the share screen open while the clip is made; if you close it, Add to the Feed is there next time.

How do I remove a replay or map I shared?

Email us its code from the address you'd like the answer at, and we'll take it down.

How does co-op work?

Up to four players share one universe. Host a game and give your friends its 4-digit room code; they tap Join and type it in. Quick Join finds you players instead. Everyone needs an internet connection; voice chat uses the microphone only while your mic is on.

Is my progress backed up?

Your progress, settings, replays and maps are stored on your device. Deleting the game deletes them. Achievements and leaderboard scores are also kept by Game Center or Google Play Games when you are signed in.

Why does my name show as "Player 3f9a"?

That's your public handle when you're not signed in to Game Center or Google Play Games. Sign in (the game's Settings has a button for it) and what you share shows your player name instead.

Does the game have ads?

No ads. Big Bang plays the same on every device: only the visual effects adapt to your hardware.
